Women in Healthcare Events

There is no better time than the present for women to circle up the wagons and band together to support and encourage one another. In the coming months there will be some important events for women in healthcare to meet, get inspired and network with one another. Two of the events are happening during National Women’s Health Week next week and both are inaugural events, while the other is coming in July. If you’re in the area it is not too late to register for these events, but if not be sure to follow the action on social media or check back with HCNR. We will be following the events and  will put together some highlights.

Women’s Health Empowerment Summit
When: Wednesday May 17, 2017

The power of women is undeniable. Join policymakers, thought leaders, and fellow women’s health champions during National Women’s Health Week for the inaugural Women’s Health Empowerment Summit presented by Hadassah (@Hadassah). All who are interested in advancing women’s health are encouraged to attend. The goal is to create action steps to further women’s health equity—from prevention and diagnosis, to treatment and cure. The summit will explore the rapidly changing legislative landscape and new advocacy priorities through policy briefings from government and issue experts, first-hand testimonials from patients and medical professionals, and opportunities to align mobilization efforts.

Women in Healthcare IT Event – Path to Success
