We’ve talked about a lot of topics from nutrition, to exercise, to sleep and important ideas for self care. In preparation for today’s post, I took a trip down memory lane looking at everything I’ve written since I started in January of 2019. Being consistent and creating a relaxing atmosphere are two ways to start ensuring you are getting the sleep you need. Remember to “power down” and avoid electronics for at least an hour before you go to sleep. This will help you fall asleep faster and improve the quality of your sleep.
