Hi there, Nurse Lauren here with your Wellness Wednesday tips! It’s been three and a half years since I started writing these Wellness Wednesday tips. We’ve talked about a lot of topics from nutrition, to exercise, to sleep and important ideas for self care. In preparation for today’s post, I took a trip down memory lane looking at everything I’ve written since I started in January of 2018.
