The Joint Commission released “Pioneers in Quality™ eCQM Proven Practices Collection: Recognizing Success 2017-2018,” a publication recognizing hospitals and health care systems that have successfully leveraged eCQMs and health information technology to drive quality improvement.
The Joint Commission and the National Quality Forum are seeking nominations through Oct. 31 for the 2016 John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Awards, an annual recognition.
