SPH Analytics Announces its National APEX Quality Award Winners for Healthcare Excellence
Healthcare organizations recognized for excellence in patient satisfaction and overall care
SPH Analytics (@SPHAnalytics) announced today that 119 healthcare provider organizations have earned its annual National APEX Quality Award. For the past ten years, SPH Analytics has awarded the National APEX Quality Award to recognize healthcare providers who demonstrate the highest level of excellence in patient satisfaction.
This national distinction recognizes outstanding healthcare providers who have demonstrated excellence in patient satisfaction and overall care during the previous calendar year. The latest winners include ambulatory surgery centers, catheterization laboratories, diagnostic imaging centers, endoscopy centers, and physician practices.
APEX Quality Award recipients use SPH Analytics’ insightful patient experience surveying and perception management solution. Winners represent the top 10% of SPH clients with the highest satisfaction scores for measures tied directly to care and are determined based solely on patient feedback and evidence-based success.
The APEX Quality Award recognized 119 healthcare organizations in the U.S. Eighty-eight of the winners are ambulatory surgery centers, 12 of the winners are physician practices and clinics, 14 are endoscopy centers, 2 are catheterization laboratories, and 3 are diagnostic imaging centers. SPH Analytics notes that four facilities have the distinction of being recognized for the tenth consecutive year since the program’s inception:
- Community Surgery Center Hamilton (Noblesville, IN)
- Lakeland Surgical & Diagnostic Center (Lakeland, FL)
- Surgery Center at Hamilton (Hamilton, NJ)
- UnaSource Surgery Center (Troy, MI)
“We applaud all recipients of this year’s award for their exceptional impact in driving satisfaction for their patients. And in particular, SPH is delighted to recognize that four of these organizations have earned this APEX Quality Award for 10 years in a row,” said Amy Amick, President and CEO of SPH Analytics. “We’re honored partner with each of these healthcare leaders as they maintain and even surpass the levels of exemplary patient experience they cultivate year after year.”
