Patient Experience Symposium is a one-of-a-kind conference that brings together leading stakeholders from across healthcare, all to improve your institution’s patient experience. The most influential thought leaders, healthcare executives, clinical trial operators, and clinicians come here to exchange game-changing ideas and actionable strategies to enhance patient experience in your healthcare ecosystem. Come prepared to learn best practices and find answers to difficult patient experience issues. Leave with the power to build an unforgettable patient experience.
Who Attends Patient Experience Symposium?
The Patient Experience Symposium brings together senior-level healthcare professionals across the healthcare spectrum who are responsible for patient experience outcomes. The agenda includes special programming for healthcare executives, administrators, health IT experts, clinical trial operators, physicians and nurse leaders.
Each year, they carefully develop a program that meets the trends and pain points in patient experience. Their distinguished faculty provide insights into how patient experience impacts both quality and economic improvements, what role leadership plays in creating the right culture for patient-centered care, and how to identify, evaluate and prioritize innovations that can quickly touch the lives of patients and practitioners.
The Patient Experience Symposium fulfills the requirement for Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

In-Depth Learning Labs
Interactive, in-depth, Learning Labs have been added each day to provide a learning environment where we will dive deeper into important patient experience topics. Each in-person conference registration includes participation in one Learning Lab, and up to two additional Labs can be added at the time of registration.
The Fourth Annual Conference will be held in Boston this Fall. They have an excellent lineup of speakers and topics for those who can attend in person, and in this era of social distancing, the need to stay connected is more important than ever – so they are excited to provide an online option. Each in-person conference attendee will be able to attend interactive 2-hour Learning Labs and also have the opportunity to visit the online platform for up to 90 days following the symposium – to revisit sessions, connect/reconnect with other conference delegates, share experiences and to watch sessions that may have been missed in another track.
