New Podcast Episode
The very thought that physicians can benefit from executive coaching is an indication that the medical profession is shifting. Darelyn “DJ” Mitsch, an executive coach with The Pyramid Resource Group, works with healthcare professionals to take on leadership positions. It is a challenging task in an era where, starting in residency and training, clinicians are taught little to nothing about self-care. On this new episode of Paradigm Shift of Healthcare, join the trio of Michael Roberts (@michaelwroberts), Scott Zeitzer, and Jared Johnson (@jaredpiano) and learn how coaching physicians benefits everyone because, after all, they’re the ones treating illnesses.
