During National Women’s Health Week each year, millions of women take steps to improve their health. The week, led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office on Women’s Health (@womenshealth), serves as a reminder for women and girls to make their health – both physical and mental – a priority and take care of themselves. NWHW kicked off on Mother’s Day, May 8, and will be celebrated throughout this week. We’ve gathered some resources and news around women’s health to help our readers take the first step toward taking care of their health.
