Embedding their consumer facing plug ‘n play price estimator and chatbot into your practice or facility’s website, the consumer can then check their real-time eligibility and out-of-pocket cost specific to their insurance and even the cash rate. The patient’s insurance and contact information is then sent to the provider for follow up but also, through an API, we can push all of that information to your EHR or RCM platform of choice. Allowing the consumer to check their eligibility and determine out-of-pocket costs will reduce the burden on your front and back office staff.
