Every May since 1949, Mental Health America (@mentalhealtham) and their affiliates across the country have led the observance of Mental Health Month by reaching millions of people through the media, local events and screenings. Mental Health America is dedicated to helping ALL people live mentally healthier lives and to bringing the topic of mental illness out of the shadows. MHA believes our bodies and minds work together and to be truly healthy our whole selves.
