Follow and join the conversation with #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth and #MoreThanBCAM.
It’s October and that means it’s National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the time of year when we see pops of pink around town, on billboards, social media, TV commercials and NFL players feet reminding us to support the cause. This week’s Friday Five highlights the latest in research, advice, prevention and how you can support the cause..
Christopher Kunney – Real Men Wear Pink Ambassador
Breast cancer affects everyone. That’s why Men Wear Pink, a distinguished group of community leaders, is determined to raise awareness and money to support our mission to save more lives than ever from breast cancer. When communities unite to fight breast cancer, great things happen. By tapping into the power of pink, Men Wear Pink has raised more than $40 million since its inception which fuels a live 24/7 helpline for answers and support, breakthrough breast research, and so much more. Christopher Kunney was recently named a Real Men Wear Pink Ambassador by the American Cancer Society.
So excited to be recognized by the American Cancer Society as one of it’s 2023 Men Wear Pink ATL Honorees.
