Vik Krishnan is the President of Televox (a business unit of West) and has been with TeleVox since 2020. He has worked in the healthcare and technology spaces for two decades.
Vik was previously the Chief Operating Officer of West’s Cloud Collaboration and UCaaS business unit. He was also the Co-Founder and first CEO of CipherHealth, a digital engagement company in the healthcare space. Vik worked at both Bain & Company and later the Boston Consulting Group where a significant focus of his work involved strategy and performance improvement in the Healthcare and SaaS Technology verticals. Vik started his career in the pharmaceutical and clinical trials sectors. Vik earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Biomedical Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
