National Nutrition Month is the time of year when The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics puts a spotlight on “the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.”
March is National Nutrition Month and the theme this year is “Savor the Flavor of Eating Right.” The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics encourages people to enjoy food traditions and experiences to help themselves enjoy healthy eating.
