The purpose of IHAWW is to make a positive impact on health and wellness overall, as well as to unite people through the common goal of preventing obesity and disease, to promote a better quality of life, and to celebrate life together.
The second Monday in May is National #WomensCheckUpDay. This year the day falls on May 9th and marks the 14th annual Women’s Check-Up Day. Each year the goal is to encourage women to schedule their annual well visit.
